This is a study of wet layers in watercolor. The first 3-4 layers went well, but the bottom layers with the tree and house was too saturated, and didn’t give a good result.

The Cabin
A stone path winds through a lush green landscape, leading toward a distant cottage nestled among hills. Vibrant shades of green and serene scenery evoke a sense of tranquility and nature’s beauty.
Composition from a photo, there was no tree and more mountains. Also there was some lilly but I didn’t do them to keep focus,

Violet Vignoble
sea and trees
Studies about sea and tree, and autumn. More or less successful.
I got a nice result with the tree to the right, but it was done with my old set of 23 years Pebeo watercolor, and a very cheap paper from Amazon basic.
This one is good, but I found out how difficult it was to mix the watercolors from Royal & something.
On top of that, I didn’t do the water splash the right way.
Sea and roll
Etude tree
A solitary tree stands prominently in a lush green field under a bright blue sky. The rolling hills in the background add depth to the serene landscape.

I have redone this painting in watercolor, one year after. Redone the composition a bit.
It was almost a disaster because I messed up the amount of water. I let it dry and rework it more slowly.
